Rules and Regulations.

-To obtain ranks lower than Captain, it is a combination of your accumulated points and based on performance within the clan.

-Ranks below Helsman may NOT recruit, however, they can bring people to a Helmsman or anyone above for them to be recruited. Although you can not recruit you are encouraged to interest people to join the clan and you will gain points for this.

-To receive the Captain rank, you must be requested by someone of Captain or higher, there will then be a decision made by the division and clan leaders to decide if you will rank up.

-Who was voted CAPTAIN, if the Ship's (Division's) owner was not among them to be in charge...
> Will hold practices along with maintaining the Crew's guidelines.
> Will enforce the TERMS and conditions of service clearly stated.
> Will have all responsibility, but not power and rights, as division leader.

-Once you reach the rank of Pirate, you may have the option to create and withhold your own Ship (Division). At this time if you choose to do so you must create a ship name, along with a minimum of two other clan members who will wish to join your ship. It will then be decide if you shall receive the ship.

- Rules:
> Respect all members and all other players.
> Abide by your higher members.
> If you cannot make a practice or other events, let your division leader know at least a day in advanced.
> Maintain your crew colors at all times.
> Trash talk is okay, in moderation. Don't over do it. We expect you to be competitive and possibly outspoken during gameplay

- PUNISHMENT or disciplines for broken rules:
> 1st Offense - Warning
> 2nd Offense - Demotion
> 3rd Offense - Suspension (Scurvy)
> 4th Offense - The Brig
